La Cacata is a Dominican craft beer produced in Santo Domingo by La Cacata Brewing Company, founded in 2019 with the vision of developing quality beers with a local identity. Its focus is on strengthening the country's beer culture, embracing experimental styles adapted to the Caribbean climate and palate.
An intense, hop-forward beer with citrus, floral and resinous notes. On the palate it is bitter and complex, with a medium to full body.
A wheat beer with natural passion fruit, fruity and tropical. On the palate it is creamy, slightly tart and refreshing.
A light, citrusy blend with mandarin and grapefruit. On the palate it is sweet, fruity and very refreshing.
